The customization on my case turned out great! The size is perfect. The zippers can be a little finnicky going around the corners, but there are no problems if you're careful.
Once again, the Crazy Horse leather CD/DVD storage cases are of great quality, the laser engraving is fantastic, and their customer service can’t be beat.
They generally respond to messages within hours, and no longer than 24-hours or so.
I love the fact that they mock-up all items to be laser engraved for approval to prevent mistakes — Providing great customer satisfaction.
