We take care of customs, so you don’t have to:
• UK, EU, and USA orders: No duties or import taxes upon delivery — these are prepaid by us
• If you're ever charged customs or import fees by mistake, please email us at support@grainmarkleather.com with your order details, and we’ll refund the amount and handle it with customs on your behalf
• For all other countries, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified
Shipping Details
• We ship globally, excluding Russia, conflict zones, and a few remote regions
• All orders are shipped from our workshop in Asia using trusted international couriers
• Final delivery may be completed by your local postal or courier service (e.g. DHL, UPS, FedEx) depending on your region
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout — couriers may use this to contact you for delivery
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, or customs delays may occasionally affect timing
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, we can either:
• Resend the order (a small re-shipping fee may apply)
• Or issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs)
