Returns Procedure

RETURNING AN ITEM

Dear customer, if you’re reading this section is because sadly, you have probably changed your mind about your product.

It would mean a great deal to us if you could give us some feedback about your experience with us, this way we can continue to improve our products and services for you and hope you can give us another chance to impress you in the future.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to support@grainmarkleather.com

  2. Include your order ID and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return your item

  3. Our team will review your request, and once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions

Please do not send your item back before receiving our approval and return address, as we cannot be responsible for goods sent to the wrong location.


Return Policy Overview

• Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your item
• The returned item must arrive to us within 60 calendar days of the delivery date
• Products must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging
• We may request proof of purchase
• Returns are processed within 3 working days after receipt at our return facility
• Return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer (we’re working to improve this)
• If duties are incurred, we may pay them upfront and deduct from your refund after discussing it with you
• Please return items using original or similar-sized packaging to avoid excessive courier charges — let us know if you need help estimating return shipping
• Improper packaging or misleading claims may result in a partial refund
• Refunds are made via the original payment method, usually within 5 working days of processing
• Offers and discounts apply only as per original terms; if you return a product from a discounted bundle or offer, the remaining item will be charged at full value
• Custom orders (e.g. made-to-order, engraved items, bulk/corporate purchases) are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty
• We recommend using a tracked and insured return service, and keeping proof of postage. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns
