WARRANTY POLICY
What We Promise
We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all Grainmark Leather goods, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty covers material and craftsmanship defects — so your product performs as beautifully as it looks.
If something goes wrong due to our fault, we’ll make it right.
Covered Under Warranty
We’ll repair, replace, or refund your item if there’s an issue caused by defects in materials or craftsmanship, such as:
• Broken or detached straps or handles
• Faulty stitching or open seams
• Defective hardware (zippers, snaps, buckles, studs)
• Leather defects not caused by wear or misuse
Every case is reviewed fairly. Depending on the issue, we may offer a complimentary repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (including scratches, patina, and natural leather aging)
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Overstuffing or improper use of products
• Damage from external factors (e.g. water, oil, solvents, ink, extreme temperatures)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Items returned without prior communication
