OUR 30-DAY PROMISE
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Grainmark Leather. Our products are made to last and crafted with care—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You’re welcome to try your Grainmark piece for yourself, and if you change your mind within 30 calendar days of receiving it, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange.

Before sending any items back, please reach out to us—our returns are simple, and we’ll guide you through every step.

Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged
• If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund
• To start a return, email us at support@grainmarkleather.com
• For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection


Return Instructions
To begin a return, contact us at support@grainmarkleather.com. We’ll provide the return address and, where needed, a return label.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials or flammable goods
• Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, just reach out.


Exchanges
If you’d like something else, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
